The Casablanca Declaration Association is pleased to invite you to the next online conference, co-organising with the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and Human Rights on February 28th.

Rethinking surrogacy: philosophical, psychological and biomedical insights

The conference* offers an in-depth analysis of the latest scientific data, while providing a space for reflection on the human implications of surrogacy. Through five main presentations, the speakers will address the following topics:

  • The nature of the bond between mother and child.
  • The question of intrauterine memory.
  • The experiences of the women involved.
  • The biomedical consequences for the pregnant woman, the egg donor and the newborn.
